STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Monday it has acquired DF Druckluft-Fachhandel GmbH, a German online seller of compressed air solutions and service provider.

Privately-owned DF Druckluft-Fachhandel has 39 employees and has a presence in Germany and Austria.

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
