CAS is a privately owned company and was founded in 1983. The company has 12 employees and is located in the North West of England, in the city of Bolton. CAS is a distributor of industrial air compressors, accessories and parts, including service.

“CAS has a strong market presence in the North West region of England and this acquisition will enable us to further develop Atlas Copco’s brand portfolio”, said Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique.

The purchase price is not disclosed. The company will become part of the service division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
